Programs
From running a full series in your space to certifying your own team, we offer three paths — plus inclusive classes for children, teens, and older adults.
For organizations
We bring our adaptive, accessible, and inclusive yoga + mindfulness curriculum directly into schools, ABA centers, community centers, and senior centers — a complete six-week PERMA-V series, taught by our instructors.
Best for: schools, ABA centers, YMCAs, senior centers, and youth programs wanting turnkey programming.
A Yoga Alliance–certified training for individuals who want to teach kids yoga (toddler through teen). Graduates earn the Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) credential, with positive psychology woven throughout and an introduction to adaptive and chair yoga.
Best for: aspiring kids yoga teachers pursuing certification.
Individualized training for educators on integrating yoga and mindfulness into their work, plus neurodiversity-affirming professional development, inclusive-practice consulting, and parent training — led by Kimie Mittman, BCBA.
Best for: teachers, therapists, and teams weaving mindfulness into their practice.
For families, group & senior settings
Each six-week session is tailored to who's in the room. Activities flex so that participants of every ability, energy level, and way of moving experience success.
Ages 3–5
Play · Imagine · Explore
Preschoolers learn through play, music, and imagination — yoga adventures, songs, and breathing games that build social-emotional skills with joy.
Ages 6–10
Build · Connect · Grow
Elementary kids grow emotional awareness alongside stronger bodies, calmer minds, and healthy friendships through movement challenges and teamwork.
Ages 11–17
Strength · Balance · Flourish
A judgment-free space where tweens and teens build confidence, leadership, and real strategies for managing stress and self-discovery.
Seniors & adults
Adapt · Strengthen · Restore
A dedicated seated and adaptive practice for older adults — building mobility, balance, and calm in a way that meets every body where it is.
A note on accessibility: seated and chair-based practice isn't just for our seniors class. Any program above can be adapted for anyone who moves better with support — whatever their age.
Format
We offer 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute classes, tailored to meet the needs of your program. Every format keeps the core arc intact — a regulation check-in, themed yoga and mindfulness, and a take-home practice — scaled to the time you have.
The full 90-minute session adds three rotating mindfulness stations, where students spend 10 minutes at each. Shorter formats condense to the essentials without losing the theme.
