For schools · ABA centers · senior centers · community organizations
We bring inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming yoga and mindfulness into your programs — built on the PERMA-V model of positive psychology, designed so every participant — child, teen, or older adult — can take part, belong, and thrive.
What we offer
Whether you want us to run programming, train your team, or advise on inclusive practice — we meet your organization where it is.
We bring our adaptive, accessible, and inclusive yoga + mindfulness curriculum directly into schools, ABA centers, community centers, and senior centers — a complete six-week PERMA-V series, taught by our instructors.
A Yoga Alliance–certified training for individuals ready to teach kids yoga — earn your Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) credential, with positive psychology woven throughout.
Individualized training for educators on weaving yoga and mindfulness into their work, plus neurodiversity-affirming professional development and parent training — led by Kimie Mittman, BCBA.
The six-week journey
We pair the six pillars of PERMA-V into three two-week segments — a clear arc participants can actually feel, from regulating emotions to building resilience.
Weeks 1–2
Recognizing big feelings, finding calm, and learning what it means to be fully present.
Weeks 3–4
Building empathy and friendship, then discovering personal strengths and purpose.
Weeks 5–6
Celebrating effort and growth, and learning how movement and rest power well-being.
Why it works
Every activity is designed to flex. Whether someone is a confident mover or brand new to yoga, practices standing or seated, communicates with words or without — the class adapts to them, not the other way around. We meet each person's strengths and celebrate progress over perfection.
Our philosophyBuilt on PERMA-V — Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Vitality — the six evidence-based pillars of well-being from positive psychology.
Programs tailored from preschool through adult and senior services.
Led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) — behavior science and yoga instruction, credentialed in both.
